Ben, as always, is patient. Despite not liking animals inside, he is tolerating the indoor enclosure (to protect from foxes and mixo) which has taken over an entire room in our home, and the various outdoor enclosures (to ensure maximum comfort depending on weather conditions, time of day, or just general mood).
I’ve been to Bunnings 20 times this week to build the bunny version of a Barbie dream home, or a rodent version of Mar-a-Lago … which is basically, Mar-a-Lago.
Cleaning cages might not make you as happy as it makes me, but there are equally cheap and accessible ways to have fun and find your happy place.
