THE ISSUES

Sport

I’ll be the first to tell you that I’m not the sporting type. But a lot of the Mallee is, and sport is an integral part of our community.

Our kids, amateurs and elite athletes alike deserve the best facilities possible to pursue their sporting dreams. Since my election in 2018 I’ve been fighting to make sure it’s ‘Game On’ for funding, and the government has been listening.

My team’s been kicking goals so far, collecting over $10 million for the Mildura Sporting Precinct, $2.9 million for Robinvale Leisure Centre, $600,000 for the Birchip Leisure Centre and Rec Reserve and $500,000 for a redevelopment of the Murrayville Rec Reserve clubrooms.
